Unless there is a garment manufacturer defect, Big Bear will not accept returns of embroidered goods. All garments are custom "made to order" and can not be returned for credit including for wrong sizes.

For client items stored for fulfillment with "Your Company Shop" orders, Big Bear fulfillment pricing will apply. Big Bear reserves the right to discontinue stores that fall below 10 orders per month.
