Fulfillment

Most fulfillment programs are now over 50% embroidered wearables, so why not have the fulfillment performed right at the embroidery operation? You can cut your program fulfillment costs by:

Fulfillment Operations

     Big Bear's fulfillment system BearTrax, is being developed by Agonquin Studios.  This system will include, inventory management, and reporting features to allow us to quickly handle inquiries. BearTrax is designed to be easily understood and allow for rapid tracking of information and orders. The volume-based fulfillment pricing structure allows clients to budget for fluctuations in volume. Our complete documentation enables clients to see where their investment is going.

Pre-Logo Goods

     Inventory that we are storing for fulfillment purposes is double-counted, recorded in BearTrax and placed in inventory. Information includes item numbers, descriptions, quantities, weights and locations.

Blank Goods to be Embroidered or Screen Printed

      Blank goods are recorded in BearTrax and scheduled for production. Once processed, finished goods are received into the fulfillment operation with the same care given to outside shipments.

     When an order is received, BearTrax generates a 2-part picking ticket that includes the shipping information, shipping method, item numbers, quantities and locations. All orders are picked then recounted and packed for shipment. The information in BearTrax is then captured by the shipping system to produce the shipping label.

International Shipments

     Big Bear has the experience and know-how to handle the most demanding international shipments.

Returns

     One of the most important aspects of the fulfillment process is accurate and timely handling of returns. When a return shipment is received at Big Bear, BearTrax assigns a control number and all the pertinent information is captured off the shipment. At this point we make the information available. BearTrax also has the ability to work with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers.

Special Projects and Supplies

Big Bear has labor available at reasonable rates to fulfill special projects:

• Custom mailings
• Inserting into gift bags
• Special "Pick-and-Pack" projects
• Pack or re-pack merchandise

We have all the supplies available and the space to perform just about any task.

If you would like to work with your own products in our facility we will set you up in a separate "Work Area."

Because BearTrax handles all aspects of production and fulfillment, the appropriate data is readily available throughout the production and fulfillment process.
