     Embroidery starts with the order. Our order process is what keeps our customers loyal and satisfied. At Big Bear we use a system created by Algonquin Studios, called Bear Trax. Bear Trax is a user friendly computer software system we use to keep track of all our orders and post information online for distributor access. Digitizing

     Our large capacity and multiple shift operation allow Big Bear to offer you a two day turn-around time, while embroidering over 2,800 garments per day. Our in-house digitizer has nearly 20 years of experience and at Big Bear you always get free copies of all your paid digitized files. Once the digitizing is done, we then prepare the goods…


Receiving the Goods

     At Big Bear quality comes first, when we receive your goods at our warehouse, our receiving team opens each box to make sure your goods are the correct color, size, and the correct amount. This way we can notify you of incorrect items before we start embroidering them.


Our unique embroidery process 

1. Quality begins when every item is counted upon receipt 

2. Attention to detail makes all the difference- after embroidery all apparel is trimmed, steamed, and the size is indicated with the correct sticker.

3. For the final touch, all garments are folded and hermetically sealed in a poly bag

4. To ensure accuracy, every order has a custom packing label; distributors return address and logo; and a detailed packing list. 
    

     our skilled embroidery staff can embroider logos on a variety of garments including jackets, shirts, hats, and bags. To provide the professional presentation you desire, there is no additional charge for the folding, size-sticker, steam, or poly-bag.
