I just wanted to give you some feedback. So often vendors hear of the bad news. I want to tell you some good news. I have been in the promotional products business for 15 years.  I have searched and searched for good embroiderers.  It is crucial to the success of my business.  In South Florida - the embroiderers come and go.  It was my good fortune for Geiger to find you  for my contract business for a program.

Now I work with Big Bear on a good percentage of my other embroidery business - even though you are in New York.  In all the years I have been in business, your company is BY FAR the best one I have ever encountered.  Big Bear gets back to us immediately with quotes.  Your internal system is phenomenal - the order acknowledgments, the emailed sewout swatches, the overnight service for actual swatches, and the shipping acknowledgments. In addition, with your plant being in Buffalo, when we order from Ash City, (and you pick up the goods in your truck) it totally takes care of any reservations in dealing with you because you are up north.  There are no extra freight charges.

If all my vendors gave me service like yours, I'd be a happy camper.
